Howard Robotics  manufactures systems that are designed to the customer's application requirements to maximize productivity, with the flexibility to adapt to future applications. System designs are based on sound practices acquired from years of experience in the robotic welding industry. Safety, efficiency, reliability and user friendliness are prime factors in the design of our systems.

A typical system consists of:

 - Robot

 - Welding or cutting equipment

 - Positioning equipment or tables

 - Barrier walls

 - Safety mats, photocells or light curtains

 - Torch maintenance station

 - Electrical and PLC controls cabinet

 - Operator stations

Also available are features such as:

 - Pulse welding

 - High definition plasma

 - Linear tracks

 - Swing Tables

 - Laser vision

 - Touch sensing

 - Thru-arc seam tracking

 - Arc length control

 - Coordinated motion

 - Fume hoods

 - Down draft tables

 - Weld fixtures and / or tooling

We have also developed dual process systems that incorporate both arc welding and plasma cutting. These systems were designed for customers who have shorter  production runs of parts requiring welding or cutting and maximizes utilization of  equipment. These systems are capable of doing arc welding, 3-D plasma cutting and plasma shape cutting.

We use quality components from trusted manufactures such as Fanuc Robotics, Lincoln Electric, Miller Electric, Thermal Dynamics, Hypertherm, Tweco, Abicor Binzel, Allen Bradley, Omron-STI, Square D, Servo Robot, Preston-Eastin and Camco-Ferguson.

A complete documentation package with robot and equipment manuals, electrical drawings, parts list, plc ladder diagrams and back-up software are included.
